It's Only Dangerous If You Don't Know It's There

HIV is only dangerous if you don’t know your status, your partner’s status, or when you lose focus on protecting yourself. Knowing your status can empower you to talk more about HIV with your partner(s), and be more aware of when you might be at risk.

Most importantly, you’ll be helping us reach our goal of ending the HIV epidemic in Arizona by 2021.

About the Campaign

“It’s Only Dangerous If You Don’t Know It’s There” is the theme of Arizona’s first ever statewide HIV testing and awareness effort. The campaign was developed by Moses, working with photographer Blair Bunting. People are shown in everyday situations oblivious to the dangers of their surroundings, underscoring the perils of proceeding through life without knowing your HIV status and the status of your partner(s).
